LG Washer Leaking

Water under the front loading washing machine (LG WM2050CW)

I think it's coming from where the pump filter is.

When I remove the pump filter a lot of water comes out. Is that normal?

Also, I don't think it's rinsing properly.

Could there be something clogging it behind the pump filter? I poked lightly behind it. There's a hole and then something soft inside of it.

Thanks
