GE Refrigerator going over 90 F in the referigerator side.

GE refrigerator PSC23NSTASS getting too hot in the refrigerator side. It went over 90 as if it's an oven, any help in regards to solve this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the light is not staying on. On this model I've had a couple light switches go bad. Both said 110 on the temp. display
