It bangs after cycles , and sometimes won't spinout the water? Has a big pushed out panel on back side?

That looks like a samsung built unit. They are know for bad drain pumps and also very bad off balance spin cycles.

Check to see if the inner tub is loose. Lift up on the top, or spin it manually. It should not have any free play. If it does, your bearing is shot. If the bearing is shot, it wont spin very well.

I push the top to the tub and get a tiny bit of play but nothing from side to side. If i push it back and forth from front to back of the machine it seems to duplicate the sound i hear banging if i do it hard enough. Maybe a mount busted ?

I took the panel off the back of the machine and can't see anything broken in there, mounts all look good to me. Would the bearing make the loud bang io hear when it stops its spin cycle?

How much play is a tiny bit? It should not be loose at all when lifted up. It should move with the outer tub.

Maybe a 1/8 in or so just from top to bottom side to side nothing pulling it back and forth from front to back i can't get any out of it. the shocks supporting it take most of the play.

Sounds like the bearing is worn. It will make it out of balance. There should not ge any play up and down.

You just have to tear the entire machine apart, pull the tub, press in a gearing and reassemble...:-)

Have never done one and don't plan on it.

I'm with schleven. That's what it sounds like especially since it's a GE. I've done them & it's a lot of work for any tech. Sometimes it's like a bad marriage, just time to part ways.
