kenmore ice dispenser

Have a kenmore SxS refrigerator model no.363.9530713  that the ice dispenser system does not work,nothing,no lights,no water,no kind of ice,nothing.How do you get in to this dispenser to check things out?Do you pry off the front,I don't want to break anything.Can someone tell me how to take this dispenser apart?Or better yet is there a manual that I can download.Thanks

Ok, this frig was made by GE, Sears makes nothing....first thing to do is check the wires where they go thru the door hinge area, known problems with them breaking...which would kill all voltage to the dispenser area...

The wires look good,none are broken or shorted out.Still nothing when you try to use the dispenser.

If you are sure you have no broken wires to the disp area and your door switch is giving power to this area you could have a bad time delay board ref #39 in breakdown page...just have to pry the front off using the tabs at the bottom, look up and see the notches...
