I have a few comments on the video
When I put the new coupler on, I turn the tranny end till it engages spin. If it only takes a few turns to get to spin, the coupler failed during spin, if a lot of turns, the coupler failed during agitation mode.
Failure during spin, probably due to dragging brake shoes, or something stuck in the tub, failure during agitation, probably from a high impact load like sneakers, or just insufficient water for the load.
If very hard to turn the coupler, that would confirm dragging brake shoes, or something in the tub.
At the end of the repair, I always check spin current, if about 9 amps at high speed, that is normal, well above 10 amps and the motor will start smoking and indicates something is still jamming spin.
