You have to line up the gears on both sides before you put the drawer in.

Ohhhh I did I pushed back the tracks and then lined the up and pushed the draw in til I heard the tracks click then open the draw and left side sounds like it stripped the gears I must of redid this 20times and still the same I notice there are marks on the gears like half cut points on the teeth even tried lining them up still same problem I can't be the only one having this issue ?

You want the half cut gears parallel to flat part of the rails when you slide it in.  If you do it right, the cut gears match up with the half-moon sections in the rail, and you get a smooth pull.  I struggled with these at first, but it got easier with practice.

the first one of these that I ever ran into had me literally at the end of my patience..  somewhere between taking the door out and putting it back in I managed to get the wheels turned 90degrees opposite of each other...  so no matter what I tried I couldn't get it lined up... I'd suggest pulling the door out, checking the wheels to be sure they're both turned properly, and then as tgoods says slide it in with the cut parts parallel to the rails..    these still occasionally tick me off... definitely a fiddly design...
