Whenever I've run into an intermittent Arctica, it's always been the main control board. I stock the common one, WR55X10942 on my truck.  Your model number doesn't work so I don't know if it takes this control or not.

i hesitate to get involved because ive read of ge authorized techs changing mother board and sensors and fridge still has problems!   once you have all these new parts installed and you still have intermittent issues then what?

There's some pertinent info in the sticky at the top of this page. Other things to check are the thermistors. If the wires are sealed in place with black epoxy (not white) there's a pretty good chance they'll go bad too. The good ones have a molded white seal.

are a couple of 'cheat sheets' for the motherboards in these units.

You got to get your feet wet at some point on these.https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/61077234/31-9072%20Arctica%20Profile%20GE%20Side-by-Side%20Refrigerator%20Service%20Manual.pdf
This manual is not the exact model but basic theory is the same.
