First off I would like to thank you for the help this site provides. It is of great help to me at times. So, today I have a tech
going out to a call that Summit Appliance sent over to us. It is on a dishwasher model DW2432. Now we are already aware of how different their appliances can be, so to help the tech I made a call to Summit to get a service manual or schematic anything to help the tech. I talk to a guy in service, when I told him what I wanted he said he could send me the owners manual ?? I told him that is no help as it does not have a parts list or schematic or is it of any real help to tech. He said he'll look around for one and get back to me. Now, I ask...Is that anyway to run a business? I mean they even sent us the repair call (maybe because they couldn't find their service manual to fix it themselves.) LOL
I guess I am really just venting on how these companies manage to stay in business.
If anyone would magically have this service manual, I would greatly appreciate it.
