Amana ASD2575BRW01
« on: September 14, 2013, 12:01:41 AM »
Anyone have a service manual for this fridge?  I just bought it and its not getting very cold. The compressor runs for a bit and shuts off. I'm not a fridge tech, so I have no idea what to check. They're sending a tech on Monday.. Probably one of my Co-workers... Thanks

Searched my resources, but was not able to find anything.
Being new I would think there would be a tech sheet with it someplace yet.
Hope you find our site helpful.

Its getting cold and staying cold, just seems like my old fridge ran longer and got colder. Maybe I just don't know enough about refrigeration... :P

Thanks for looking AJ.

0 in the freezer and 34 in the fridge.  It seems to be doing ok right now.  I'm not used to having new appliances so I guess you just have to wait and let this thing cool down for a few days?

Also, we tried using the crushed ice setting and it keeps getting jammed.  It's almost like the ice cubes are too small... Does that make sense?  Is there an adjustment some where on the ice maker?  I see a plastic screw on the side.
