Washer does not pump all the water out.

The washer does not get all the water pumped out.
It's not very old and one other time it did this a guy come out and cleaned something out of the pump.

Do you think the pump just needs cleaning out again?
Is this something I could do?

You'd do well to pop the front panel off and have a look at the hose which connects from the tub to the pump. Sometimes the darndest things wind up down there

I made a mistake on the model number, I had ATE6000FS0, but it is a ATF6000FS0.

I corrected it in my first post. 

This is a front load washer. Is there a manual for that one?

I got the pump cleaned out. The top was easy to take off, but the control panel and the front of the washer was a little harder to handle.

Once I had the front off it was easy to get to the pump and remove it.

I found $8.45 in the pump, lol...

I realise that the front loader is a relatively new idea to you colonials, but there is an endemic problem which affects all of them. Where the rubber of the door seal stops and the inner drum starts, there has to be a gap........... If you don't empty your pockets, it'll all drop down the gap eventually.

Mrs P45 has a very simple system in our house:
"If I find it in your pockets, it's mine...."
The boys lost their pocket money several times and now have a fanatical interest in emptying everything!
