Ohmeter may not be able to read 10,000 thousands ohms.It all depends on meter.Also would think that both thermistor being bad would be low.80 ohm your meter should be able to read.If thats why you are getting no heat is another question?Pull on that heating element and make sure no broken coil by the white coil holders.

I was reading manual and it says that the inlet thermistor and outlet has the same readings as in the attachments.But the part site says different reading for outlet thermistor at 10,000 ohms.so at this point i don't know.Might have to put back together and run diagnostic test as in manual.

On the wiring diagram each of those thermistor would read 78 thousand to 82 thousand at 86 degrees.  { K } means thousand on the diagram.Your meter probably was not able to read that high resulting in no readings on meter.Meaning they could be good and problem is elsewhere.
