Even at 100 degree you should get a reading but pull it out and take it inside to see if you get a reading.Did you under stand that your motor using 120 volts and heaters needs 230 to heat.So you can tumble and get no heat???

Yes.  I have 240 at outlet and on the wires coming into the dryer.  I don't see any burnt wires.  I didn't get a reading on the outlet thermistor either so I am going to bring both those in and test.

Outlet thermistor has a very high ohm reading 10,000 ohms at room temperature .You got to be on the correct scale on ohm meter. So far it looks like inlet thermistor is off.As you see from the manual its a very complicated dyer just to dry cloths.

Ok brought both inside. No reading on inlet or outlet thermistor.  Digital voltmeter is set to the only ohm setting (I think).  It shows the ohm sign/like a little speaker sign

Ohmeter may not be able to read 10,000 thousands ohms.It all depends on meter. Also would think that both thermistor being bad would be low.80 ohm your meter should be able to read.If thats why you are getting no heat is another question?Pull on that heating element and make sure no broken coil by the white coil holders.

So you think it's just the inlet thermistor?
