I've got two of these, and while I don't use them very often, they've come in very handy in the couple of cases where I've needed them.  most specifically was with a customer who thought her fridge was getting warm because her cheese slices were getting moldy... nothing else in the fridge was going bad... just 2 packs of presliced cheese on 2 different occasions...   she kept calling the extended warranty company...   even after I showed her the temperature logs she tried to say that maybe my sensors were faulty...  when I pointed out that both sensors data matched each other she told me that they were probably both faulty in exactly the same way...

I set both to 4 minutes sample time, but wait 2 minutes after starting one to start the other...
