I know you are supposed to keep the coils clean on your fridge to make it more efficient but my question is:
I have a Frigidaire SxS fridge that is 5 years old and a Maytag Top Freezer style fridge that is 14 years old. I have never cleaned either one. The Maytag says it has a "no clean" coil which is enclosed under the bottom, but looking at the Frigidaire , it seems to also be enclosed. My old Kenmore's before had the coil on the back and one also had the coil underneath that you could clean with a brush or blow out with compressed air.
Should I just let this go or is there anything I can or should do to make these last as long as possible efficiently?
