It's been so long since I've worked on these, I've forgotten a lot of what I've learned. Hopefully someone will jump in and help me out. There is an adjustment you can make at the end of the actuator, either a nut or a stack of washers. I can't remember if this is a clutch adjustment or brake adjustment. I think if you back off the nut or remove a washer or two, you will get a stronger clutch. Of course, if your clutch lining is worn out, this probably won't help.
