Installed new relay, had to make a minor wiring change. Worked perfect. Thanks for locating the part. Dr. S

The original had 5 terminals with what I think is a diode between R and S. The replacement had 6 with the diode between S and N, N being the extra terminal. R on the original  was wired directly to neutral on the main terminal block, so i decided to cut the diode lead going to terminal N on the replacement and run it straight to neutral on the main terminal block.   Strange that Thermador would discontinue such a common part.

You stated cut the diode wire going to the N thermal and connect it to the neutral terminal I  read this to mean run a jumper wire from the diode to the neutral terminal.
I've got a Eaton relay 66006-AF2  on the Hotwire relay in the Thermidor the diode is wired between S and R terminals does this  change change the way I should wire this new relay in ??
Can't believe Thermador answer is buy a new range😣
