My GE 19.7 TFX20JR is leaking water underneath and the ice maker has never been hooked up.  This has never occurred in the seven years I have owned the fridge.

In the back lower part of the freezer is the defrost drain.  It may have something covering it or it may be gunked up and iced over.  Use something like a turkey baster to force hot water into the drain.
