Roper washer agitates, but doesn't spin

Washer will finish agitating, then make a loud click, then nothing. It won't spin and the dial won't progress. I pulled up the schematics, but don't know which part I should be looking at for damage.

I used the shop vac to remove the water so I can move the machine if I need to get into the back. After 15 years, I can't believe something broke

check the Lid Switch

swing up the control panel and unplug the lid switch as pictured . Check the 2 outer wires for continuity. With the lid shut the switch should have continuity. LeftClick the picture to enlarge it.

Ding! Ding! Ding! It was the lid switch. $25 in parts and 10 minutes later, the washer is working great. Thank you all!
