What section of the service manual above did you miss? It describes how to test the board output to the icemaker, and if it passed the test, you need a new icemaker. (Yes, a module might fix it, but you take a chance on the mold thermostat or heater being a problem as well)
For simplicity's sake, I will tell you to unplug the board on the right side, then carefully insert an insulated jumper between Black and the Black/White wires. This will bypass the board and allow power to the Th and H terminals on the module. If you perform this bypass, also have the jumper installed on the module, as it should begin cycling when the board is bypassed. The door switches should be taped down shut to allow power to everything.
