Then what?! he said he is going to take off the whole back of the dryer so I figure while he has it off if there is anything else he can do I'd find out before he takes the back off and puts it back on

Ok so he just took off just the vent hose and it is blowing out fine, cold air tho :( Now what?!?! :-\

Now some continuity or voltage tests will have to be done using the wiring diagram.
check the thermal devices in diagram
# 1 Thermal Cutoff Fuse
# 34 Hi-Limit Thermostat

Ok the continuity on both is fine and the voltage at all points on both is 120...what does this mean?!
