Kenmore 70 series electric dryer...wont heat

Continuity = good

120v to ground = can't tell because each side of the circuit is fed from a 120v line.

With the machine unplugged, disconnect one wire from either of those devices, then plug in the machine and turn it to dry, then measure each of those two wires to ground to see which side (wire color) isn't connected to a power source.

Sending the men to do it now, they say it makes sense...doesnt to me  :o

Ok so they did that...all together there are 4 wires, 2 on the fuse and 2 on the thermostat...they unplugged one of the fuse wires(top), when they tested the unplugger wire 120...when they tested the plugged in wire 0...then they plugged both in to the fuse. unplugged one from the thermostat, tested both wires and same result...now what?!
