Timer advances but nothing happens after fill.  Replaced defective lid switch with no change in symptoms.  Looking for ideas.  Whirlpool Model LSQ9564MQ0

Check to make sure the hinge piece is engaging the switch properly.

It is.  I checked the functionality of the lid switch with a multimeter

Need to see photo of wiring diagram and timer chart. Since the timer is advancing, it's not likely the lid switch. Did you let it advance through the whole cycle? And nothing works, no drain or spin?

Thanks AJ. This is one of those models in which the timer will function if lid switch is open. Try jumping out the lid switch. Continuity checks are not always definitive since you are only using the low voltage and current of the multimeter vice the full 120vac and current draw of the motor.

I've experienced faulty lid switch plug connectors. What I've noticed is one of the pins inside the connector slightly pulled out or shorter than the rest.

DId a continuity check on the backside of the connector the lid switch plugs into.  Checks out ok.

Is not the the drain pump functionality independent of the drive motor agitate and spin functions?  Seems odd to me that the timer goes through the cycle beginning to end but nothing else happens.  Fiils but does not agitate, spin or drain.  Should I try to measure the voltage at the motor and/or pump durng these cycles?

The drain pump is directly driven by the drive motor. Anytime the motor is running the pump is being turned.
