In 2006 I opened a retail appliance store selling new, used, and "new scratch and dent" items. When economy tanked, I had to do something to make ends meet. I tried for several years to make a service company work on my own. I just couldn't break into the market. I met with MRA, liked what I saw, and dove in. In 2 1/2 years I have 2 vans (me in one, my 20 yo son in the other). We are now consistently doing $15k per month in revenue, and we plan to have 3 vans running as soon as call volume allows it.
The system isn't for everyone, and wouldn't work well in rural areas (I am rural SW Oklahoma- 125,000 in the county). It does work well in urban areas. The guy I went to training with had NO experience with appliances, and is now running 3 vans, 3 techs, and has revenue of $325,000+ in his second full year. He is in central Minneapolis.
