ISSUE: WASH PUMP MOTOR HARNESS LOOSE, DISCONNECTED OR TECH MOVES THE WIRES AND MOTOR STARTS TO RUN
SERIAL # RANGE: Serial # F2**
EXPLANATION: The scenario would be wash pump does not run or the unit just fills and drains. Tech states that there is a loose connection or he moves the wires at the wash motor and it starts to run.
NOTE: Whirlpool would like to have a few of these wire harnesses and wash pump motors return for a quick analysis. So advise the tech to order the main harness part # W10435305
and wash pump motor part # W10440715
it is only these parts we want back so make sure that the unit the tech is calling in about uses both of these parts. Send Customers or Techs information to JR or Gary so that a part return label can be mailed out. 11/14/12
