Admiral (AAV7000AWW) won't Agitate - Drive Motor just Hums

After it fills with Water, the Motor makes a humming noise briefly then nothing.
I already replaced the Drive Motor since the Motor Pulley only turned freely one direction but it didn't fix the Agitation problem. :tickedoff:
I removed the Belt and the tub will move when I turn the Transmission Pulley Counterclockwise (CCW) but the Agitator won't move when I turn the Transmission Pulley Clockwise (CW). The Transmission Pulley turns freely both direction's but it seems harder to turn CCW.
Therefore, I need to know if the issue is related to either the Transmission/Gearcase, Transmission Pulley with Drive Cam or something else?

You must have a bad tranny. I did an autopsy on one and took some photos of how it all goes together:  Single belt Maytag

Did you remove the belt and turn the pulley by hand for agitation? Does it turn free or does it seem hard to turn or locked up?

Please omit/disregard Motor hums since that was corrected after replacing the Drive Motor.
With Belt installed, the Tub will Spin but it won't Agitate even though the Drive Motor is running.
The Transmission Pulley turns freely CW but Agitator doesn't move and is harder to turn CCW but Tub will Spin.

Yeah something has gone haywire with the transmission inside. A while back we had a guy come on here and posted photos of the inside and claimed he could fix em but I cannot find that post
