gld5604voww clean light just blinks

Hi I replaced the control asy, and let it try to do a 6 min power up like it said to do but stopped 1/2 way thru., now the cleaning light just blinks ?? the latch, main pump, drain pump and heat element all r good, i had this happen on another ge dishwasher b 4 also.. Am I missing something ? Is ther some sort of common problem on these dishwashers,    tks  JPG

These board are static sensitive. Did u take proper precaution in handling? Try disrepupting power for several minutes. Check for proper ground. If there is a thermistor, check for proper resistance.
