Customer called with complaint of makes ice ,won't dispense ice ,won't dispense water .I went out found fridge cooling ok but when you ask for ice or water compressor shuts off .After about 2 minutes compressor comes back on .If you put your ear up to the cabinet it seems to be making some faint funky whining noise .Not a lot of experience on G.E. but thinking motherboard ?
