Look behind lower front panel. There should be a tech sheet that will guild you thru this process.

It was a plugged pump (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=489170827796604&set=a.489170824463271.1073741825.483418905038463&type=1&theater), but it would have been nice to run the diagnostic after I was done.  In any event, the job's done.  Thank you for the tech sheet!

Oh, and Harold, the tech sheet was missing.  The customer had tried to do their own maintenance -- about 3 months ago -- and they dead-ended and then just let the unit sit from that time.  Nasty job!
