Samsung washer fills with water and stop. After some time showed E3 code. I checked drum is free. Drain pump ok. It drain all water. What could be?

The "E3" error indicates that a Samsung washer's motor is not running properly. The cycle can usually be restarted by pressing the "Start/Pause" button.
