RFA17WCE Wood's frost free all fridge not cooling

I have a Wood's all refridgerator (frostfree) that the compressor is running and the fan is continuously running.  However the fridge is still warm.  One time I had unplugged it and it worked until I unplugged it again.  When it was working the compressor and fan were both running continuously.  What could my problem be?

The main difference between what it was doing then and now is that it likely has either lost its refrigerant charge or has a restriction. Only someone qualified to tap into the sealed system will be able to determine which it is. An expensive venture for an inexpensive product.

The bad news is: it may need a charge of freon
 The good news is: Freon for this guy is easily and readily availible to the public(R134a) Get a tap and shoot some in. Remember this: 1/3rd of a 12 ounce can is all you need. Overshooting the ice box will cause choke down of the compressor. To be in the zone the low side pressure should be hovering around 5 psi.
