whirlpool freezer buzzer

Got a customer with a whirlpool freezer model number EVL181NXTQ00.  He said it is making a buzzing noise by the compressor.  I believe it is the buzzer by the compressor making the noise.  I am not familiar with this.  it seems like its part number 4390709.  Why would it be buzzing?He said the freezer seemed to be working properly.

The customer told me it happened after he opened the door.  He failed to mention that it happened after he was putting stuff on the top shelf next to the buzzer test switch.  I put the switch back in the proper place and all of a sudden the buzzer stopped buzzing!

Quick trip charge.  I'll take it.
