In Need of service manual. This is a 2011 french door with IQ Touch Controls. Problem is no power to cube solenoid of dispenser. Should be 120v. Took apart and found no visible damage to control boards. Gives crushed ice through the door when select cube or crush. Unit has a touch pad, control board, relay board, and 2 other small boards. Don't want to guess wrong???

Thanks AJ, I had a authorized servicer ID I had to use on the old site and they sent me a new password but it never worked. It was a servicebench related thing. I didn't know the old Id and pw would still work. I appreaciate your help.

Update: the main control board was bad, the solenoid bad, and the manual then said if still not working the UI board would need replaced. Customer decided wasn't worth the money to have cube ice.
