Whirlpool WTW4850XQ0 Grinding noise during Agitate & Spin

I have a Whirlpool Topload HE Washer that's less than 1.5 Years Old and it makes a grinding noise when agitating and spinning with laundry in the basket. However, it doesn't make the noise when empty (no laundry in the basket).
I found a mounting bolt laying underneath the Washer and re-installed it with Locktite to the Drive Pulley but it still makes the noise and the Washer continues to run with the noise without displaying a Fault/Error Code.
Also, I noticed the Basket is moving freely (both directions) when agitating but don't know if it's suppose too or not.
Should I replace the Cam/Drive Pulley, Transmission, Drive Motor or something else?

Disregard the Tub Moving freely both direction's when Agitating, I realized this is normal since the Washer doesn't have a Brake.

However it could be something to do with the sputch. I would isolate the gearbox from the motor by simply removing the belt. That way you can narrow the noise location. Good luck.

When the grinding noise started, I heard the Tub banging against the Cabinet and noticed the front right Tub Support Rod had detached from the top frame so I re-attached it and the drive pulley mounting bolt but it didn't fix the noise when it has laundry in the basket.
I will try removing the belt to see if the grinding noise is coming from the Splutch/Sputch and update my results later today or tomorrow.

Should I run the Calibration Test on the Washer since the Tub Support Rod was detached from the Top Frame?

Also, is the Splutch/Sputch also know as an Shifter/Actuator (p/n W10006355)?

No, the splutch and shift actuator are two different parts.

The HarroldAppliance Tech said to remove the belt and run the Washer to isolate the problem.
Therefore, if I hear the grinding noise with belt removed then it wouldn't be related to the Splutch Pulley or Transmission. Is that correct?
If no grinding noise is heard then I assume I'll need to manually turn the Splutch Pulley both direction's which might be a problem in the Agitation direction if I need to have water in the basket. Also, it only makes the grinding noise with a load of laundry in the basket so I may not hear the noise since the Washer will be leaned/tilted against the wall.

The Washer is working perfectly after I replaced the Splutch/Drive Pulley (Part Number W10315818).
