Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher

Dishwasher won't run but on the panel there are little lights that glow.  I hope you can tell me how to fix it.

If it lights up but won't run, you have to use your trusty voltmeter to do some checking...are you prepared to do that?

What is a voltmeter?  Something must be wrong with the connection.  The delay hours light is blinking.  Sometimes other buttons light up.  I hope it's something I can fix.
