Lost Ring Whirpool Unltimate Care II

About a month ago, my wife told me that she thinks she lost her diamond ring in our clothes washer. (Yes, I know I shouldn't have waited,but I thought it would turn up somewhere else)

If she did lose it in the washer, what are the chances that it would still be there, and if so, how can I get to it and get it out?

I'll be grateful for anyhelp you can send my way.

hi,

I have found a number of rings in dryers over the years.
One was a diamond ring the lady lost over a year ago. She thought it was lost forever and turned it into the insurance company and everything.

I don't think you will find it any more in that washer, but you can hope it made it from the washer to the dryer.
I would take the dryer apart and look for it before I looked in the washer.

I would pop the top of the dryer, take the front off and remove the drum so you can get a good look inside.

I do not see how the ring could possibly have worked itself out of the inner tub on the washer. It might be under the agitator though! have you looked?
