WFW9151YW00 New Duet E1F6 Error

Got a new duet - no motor board,  the inverter board is on the motor itself.    Start it up,  door lock clicks,  then nothing.    then get E1F6 Error code.    My question,  motor or main control.    Anyone had this one yet.   Machine only 14 months old.    I tried unplugging the control wire on the motor / inverter and still does nothing.  On the old duets,  you pull that out if control bad,  and washer would fill.    thanks

Check MI3 harness for continuity from CCU to MCU. If continuity is good, I'm going to say it's the motor/MCU... #W10315848. If it's 14 months old, I'd call whirlpool and demand a concession.

Thanks,  I'll be there this weekend, I'll let you know what happened.    I already checked the ground switches and wires,    I'll double check the harness again.    I might just bring both motor and computer,  just hate to have that lying around (the part I dont use)

oh, by the way Low,   they did call whirlpool and got nowhere.    Kept telling them it was out of warranty.

I was told by the Whirlpool service trainer "if it's 1 minute after midnight, the warranty has expired don't bother calling".

You are so right,  old stove.    By the way,  I have a question for you I'll post in stove catagory about an old Universal stove.

Problem was the motor.   Put in the new motor/control board combo (on these new ones,  the motor board is on the motor) and that solved the problem.
