This actually works ! I didn't know what to expect when I opened up the coil.
You have to be careful not to break any wires. Before I started I took my ohm meter
and there was an open. Looks like the fuse blew. I peeled back the wires and
it was obvious where the fuse is. There is only one part besides the wires.
I just twisted the wires together AT THE END OF THE FUSE and left the fuse in. Black taped everything back up
and got my ohm meter out again. 93 ohms or so
. Cool .....
To do it right you should put in an inline fuse ON THE WIRES RUNNING back to the motor which I will do.
Put everything back together and 4 blinks. Bummer. But I DID THE LEAVE POWER OFF TRICK
AND LIFT THE LID 6 TIMES IN 12 SECONDS AND WOW. 1 BLINK EVERY SECOND. WASHER FIXED. IT WORKS. THANKS !!!!
