I vote for the motor because of the buzzing sound when the start button is pressed. A switch stuck in the run position would allow voltage to the element and for just the run winding to be energized in the motor which as we know is not strong enough to get the motor tuning. Thus the buzzing sound. Also I don't think its a broken belt because it only makes this sound as long as the start button is pressed.

I'll update this post after the problem has been resolved so you can use it for reference.

NICE VIDEO JW! So in ANY dryer, the centrifugal switch actually takes out the start winding and allows the run winding to be energized for the motor to stay running as well as ALLOW heating to begin? I was always under the impression it was ONLY for the heat to be allowed to energize... :( :D

The cent switch does two thangs. Allows power to the heat element after it is going full blast shaboom AND takes the motor out of start windings into the run windings. When you press the start button after the motor is going nothing happens. That circuit is out of the equation. That's in all dryers that I know about.

I just want to thank everyone who assisted me with the problem.
I ended up replacing the Drive Motor and the dryer is working great.
