Ge washer pump. There are a lot you out there that already know this, so this is for those that don't part # wh23x10028 can be replaced with the motor off of p# wh23x10013. Quite a bit of difference in price.

So the pump bodies are different but the motor and impeller are the same?

Nice. The price difference is great, but I also like having a part that fits multiple machines. I'm running out of room on the truck.

I started a topic on this subject here.

I've noticed that the pump motors all seem to be the same, and made by two companies (I forget the name right now).  The difference is in the pump body, and how they mount: twist on or screw on.  I was trying to get a source for just the motors, but was unsuccessful.  So I'm planning on putting cheap pumps with generic motor on my truck, and fixing the pumps that way.  They are all 120v, 60Hz.  Some differences in hp, but probably not too major if you match washer with washer and dishwasher with dishwasher.  The connectors are all 1/4" male too.

Good infor on the pump motors.   Good to know.

Along the same line,   I buy the samsung motor DC31-00054A.    This motor can be used on the maytag neptune washers as well as samsung.     Saves me from carrying too much,  plus saves the customer money.    I have 3 of these on the truck.    A neptune pump assembly is somewhere around 190.      I sell this motor for 130,  and I tell them they are saving  $$.   I get the motor for 36 bucks, and I make almost 100 on the part.    And get it done right away.
