Frigidaire Range no Bake or Broil

Model #FED367DSA, the surface units of this range worked well, but the oven would not operate in the bake or broil modes. After removing the control panel and accessing the electrical connections, I found 120vac on both the L1 and L2 input terminals so I knew the source voltage was OK. But when I turned on each element, I was getting 120vac from the L1 outputs, but nothing from the L2 output. Just as a double check, I also did a resistance check to verify both elements were still intact and they checked also checked OK. I decided to open the control board and take a look inside and found a nice burn mark on the back side. I replaced the control board and now the oven heats properly again.
