GE dishwasher DLDT696TSS-00

complaint is dishwasher cycle light blinks.  Dishwasher will drain then fill but nothing else.  Tech sheet is not much help.  Neither is GE.   Door latch works, it drains & fills.  Any ideas what to check?

Sounds like your circulation pump seal is stuck. Rotate the motor fins ccw until it breaks free. If it will not break free, you will need to replace seal kit. http://www.repairclinic.com/PartDetail/Impeller-and-Seal-Kit/WD19X10038/1168286

Would not the motor hum if I had anything stuck.  No noise what-so-ever.   Also I have no electricity coming out of the control board on the blue wire.  The tech sheet for the machine, not a whole lot of help. 
The thermiator would not have anything to do with the operation of the motor would it?  It is shown on the control board  connected to its separate connector (CN3) connected by a blue wire coming out of control board & back into control board.   Has a notation "resistance of themistor at room temperature: 50kOhm with negative coefficient."  I take it that 'negative coefficient' means as temps go down resistance decreases also.

You probably have a bad control board if no power out on Blue to motor.
Try this diagnostic.
Service Test Mode
This dishwasher is programmed with a service test mode to aid the technician in troubleshooting. Certain
components can be independently activated.
To enter the service test mode, the dishwasher must be in the standby mode. Press the Light Wash and
Delay Hours keypads simultaneously and hold for 3 seconds.
To exit the service test mode, press the STARTIRESET keypad at any time.

Unplug or disrupt power to unit for a few minutes. In the mean time turn your circulation motor fins ccw to unstick motor. Plug in and check. You say it's filling and draining only. I would check circulation motor.
Your model # seems to be incorrect. I am assuming this unit has an electric pump.

This is a new machine just out of warranty,  model # is correct  & tech sheet has different way to open service mode.  Test mode wash motor no works.  no electricity out of control board @ wash motor connector pin.  I don't see anything in sheet showing any other component in series with motor.  have a 3 connection pressure switch switches from door switch & pin p4 on control board to pin #1 in CN2 board connector or to drain pump coming off CN2 at pin #7.  3 spades in pressure switch that shows continuity when switch is one way between 2 spades & continuity when pressure activated on the other spade.  So I think Pressure witch is OK.   How would one check for the switch being good?
