Whirlpool Cabrio

OK guys, I have a Whirlpool Cabrio washer that will start, make one spin and then stop and the lock will release. No codes appear.
Have any of you ever seen this before? How do I get the unit into diagnostic mode to see if there are stored codes?

Rookie mistake  Sorry about that. Here is the model number.  WTW6600SBT

This unit is a true cabrio, unlike the vmw with same name. Tech sheet located under lid at front of washer. Put unit in diagnostic mode and check fault codes. Check the connections & harness between the control board and 'motor.'  Loose harness connections at the motor/rotor thingy always cause these things problems.  If it can't verify that the motor is running (position), it'll choke.  I don't know why it won't give an error though...
