How to take apart Spectra XL44

Does anyone have a manual on how to take apart a  Spectra XL44 by GE?

What is wrong with it?

I don't have the exact model #' it's a gas unit tough. And the problem is the insulation is coming out between the oven and the range. There might be mice living in that cavity.

You need service manual 31-9008. It's available for download.
