Range insulation

The insulation on a GE gas range is coming off, right under the range at the top of the oven door. You guys ever had or heard of a problem like this?

The actual oven cavity insulation? Or the oven door seal?

The insulation araound the oven is coming off, not the door. Like the fiberglass looking stuff around the oven.
