ge front load not advancing only manually advance

I have A ge Washer m# whdvh66 can't read the rest not advancing the cycles only does manually

As far as i know this is an electronically controlled washer. Is it getting to a certain point in the cycle (fill, rinse, agitate, spin) and just staying there? Can you elaborate a little bit? How are your advancing it to the next cycle?

Thanks, the front panel beeps,  flashes WE have to press start to make it going to the next step of the cycle.

Looks like error codes are E22-E71, no we found on manual.
