unit has normal sop until the valve hits(i can feel the solenoids click) then it quits and starts over. no codes are showing. as soon as the valve gets a signal, the ignitor goes out and the unit stops calling for heat.  any hints? thanks.

to the best of my past memories gas valve opens, igniter ignites gas and flame rod confirms ignition and all is well

if board does not see flame rod confirmation of ignition it tries a restart. should eventually lock out and throw a code.

sounds like gas valve not opening. it may be vibrating but could still be defective.  do you have a picture of the valve,

thanks. the valve just clicks and the ignition sequence quits entirely, the board (new or old) retrys, no codes.
