Need help with a Bosch Oven

Cust complained about burning smell. Started unit and it smells electrical, pulled unit out checked board and all wiring, and everything was ok. Unit is operating normally aside from the smell. Tested bake, broil, and convec. seperately...smell is worse in conv. and broil and everything is working normally. Did not have any error codes and unit is only 2 years old.
Anyone have any ideas?

I don't know, it may have. She said she doesn't use it much since her husband passed.
