Heartland Metro 3635RWNG4PR Dual Fuel Range

Does anybody have info on a Heartland Metro 3635RWNG4PR Dual Fuel Range? I have and error code of "SC". (self cleaning problem I think).  The oven won't work but the burners will.  Service Manual would be great if somebody has it.Thanks..
