Frididaire fde7976fs0 electric dryer will not start

What I have checked so far:
1. connectivity between terminal and the input on the motor.
2. on the motor tan to white show connectivity.
3. thermal limiter ok
4. high limit thermostat ok
5. on the control thermostat
     a. connectivity from red to orange/black
     b. NO connectivity between blue and orange/black. Is this my bad part?

Thermal limiter is clearly in the compressor circuit. I'm sure it is non resettable. 134120900
Test for continuity. Door switch, start switch, connecting wiring. Are you losing your nuetral?

I don't understand, compressors circuit? I found the part in question is 131298300.
