LG DLGX2502W Gas Dryer Will not heat

Will not heat...no changes to the gas supply, so I think it is the unit.  Saw several suggestions like seeing if the ignitor glows, etc.  Will try those tonight.

Saw that the service manual is available..was wondering if I could get access to that to help me out.

I'm not sure but something like 1300ohms EACH coil running 130 VDC?

If the IGNITER functions (glows red)---likely a "tripped" THERMAL LIMITER.

The Thermal Limiter is located at the 7 o'clock position on the Burner Assy (if looking at it from the front of the dryer).

There's a small reset button on the THERMAL LIMITER.

Push the reset button---if it makes a *click* sound---it was "tripped".

Also---replace the THERMOSTAT on the Burner Assy (6931EL3004B)

When done---clean/clear the *entire* exhaust vent system in the home---from behind the dryer through to the outside dryer vent hood.

Vent systems that are buried in walls---require the services of a professional vent cleaning company---for best results.

A tripped THERMAL LIMITER *prevents* the igniter AND gas burner operation.

Sorry for any confusion---do check the THERMAL LIMITER for continuity.
